Notes
Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models, and transfers to it are covered by standard contractual clauses in its data processing addendum.
Our public website uses Umami Cloud for cookieless visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type and country). It doesn't run inside Baitwise and receives no customer or employee data, so it isn't a subprocessor of customer data; see our privacy policy.
Before simulations are delivered to real inboxes, we will add an email delivery provider. Like any new subprocessor, it will be listed here and announced to customers at least 30 days in advance, as set out in our data processing agreement.
